case 2：下午下大雨，女生，被載， high speed injury，back spinal pain (suspect at L3)

case 3：World Gym， 男生，有MI history, said he felt chest dull pain while walking on the running               machine. On the ambulance, we, paramedics, use EKG (philips) to assess whether new heart               attach occur. Unfortunately, the results appear elevated T at V4, V5 and V6. Pt  had taken 2                 NTG before we arrived. We suggest he to take another NTG after checking his blood                           pressure (126/84). This case is my first time help pt S.L. NTG
