What we do 

Consider hospital is near by, we decide to load and go.

Thinking 

when long board's stripe  not carry,  how can we do immobile?  Larger Tape 

why turn pt another side should injured side down ? immobile its.  If not, the injured side will swinging by turning 

note when turn pt to long board with fracture and deform, we should turn pt horizon and not change its position.
